Wood & Gas Burning Stoves:
The Home Comfort Warehouse now features Vermont Castings & Dutchwest wood and gas stoves. We have on display 11 different models by the Vermont Castings company. Our newest addition to the cast iron offering is Jotul - come and see our lineup of Jotul stoves! We also have the exciting Quadra-Fire and Enviro gas stove lines on display.

 Home Comfort Warehouse Consumer Tip: How To Light Your Pilot Flame!
Lighting your pilot. First get your owners manual and follow the directions for lighting your pilot. We always recommend you remove the glass first. If your manual is not available, you can find it on the web.
If unsuccessful in finding your manual, please refer to these two sites: Heat'N'Glo. and Jotul USA.
Go to "Information and Good Advice." Then go to "Getting started with gas."
If you are still having difficulties lighting your pilot, call us. There is a service charge involved in visiting your home.

Pellet Stoves:
We are the area's exclusive retailer for Quadrafire and Enviro pellets stoves. Also on display is Breckwell's Big "E" - a 55,000 Btu no-frills pellet stove that holds 120 lbs. of pellets! We feature pellet stoves made from cast iron, so they look good when not in use. Burning in our showroom is the Enviro "Empress", considered to be the best looking pellet stove on the market. Also burning is Quadrafire's 60,000 Btu "Mt. Vernon" recently named new product of the year for its ability to burn numerous types of fuel.

Heatilator is the inventor of the factory built wood fireplace and Heat-n-Glo was the first to develop direct vent gas fireplaces. Lennox fireplaces carry the "Good Housekeeping" warranty. We also display Vermont Castings Majestic gas fireplaces, Mendota, Quadrafire, Town and Country and the distinctive Valor line.

DIRECTIONS:
The HCW is located on Route #14 North, just three miles outside of White River Junction and pass Hartford Village. If traveling south on I-89, take I-89 to Exit 2, Sharon. Turn right at the exit ramp, and then left at the stop sign. This is Rt. 14. Drive 7 miles along the scenic White River, and look for the large "Home Comfort Warehouse" sign just outside the store, (as pictured) on your left.
If traveling north on I-89, cross into Vermont and take I-91 north for just 100 yards. Take the first exit----White River Junction. Go straight down the hill on RT. 5 through the first set of traffic lights, pass the blinking yellow light, and down to the second set of lights. Make a left crossing over the White River. At this next intersection of RT. 4, Rt. 5, and Rt. 14, make a left turn onto RT. 14 and head north for 3.5 miles. See the sign "Home Comfort Warehouse" (shown above) on your right.
If traveling south on I-91, take the White River Junction exit, make a left at the end of the exit ramp and follow the directions above. If traveling north on I-91, take the White River Junction Exit, go straight down the exit ramp and follow the directions above.
