Home Comfort Warehouse Consumer Tip: How To Light Your Pilot Flame! Lighting your pilot. First get your owners manual and follow the directions for lighting your pilot. We always recommend you remove the glass first. If your manual is not available, you can find it on the web. If unsuccessful in finding your manual, please refer to these two sites: Heat'N'Glo. and Jotul USA. Go to "Information and Good Advice." Then go to "Getting started with gas." If you are still having difficulties lighting your pilot, call us. There is a service charge involved in visiting your home.

We are the area's exclusive retailer for Quadra-Fire and Enviro pellets stoves.  We feature pellet stoves made from cast iron, so they look good when not in use.  Burning in our showroom is the Enviro "Empress", considered to be the best looking pellet stove on the market.  Also burning is Quadrafire's 60,000 Btu "Mt.
